Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. There were even some extra items available in the apartment that were not listed in the description (such as towels, bed linen, mop, drying rack, toaster, water boiler, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner etc.). There's an elevator, but it's not accessible on a wheelchair, as you still need to climb a few stairs to reach it.
Overall we couldn't be happier with this rental! We highly recommend this place.

The location is ideal and within walking distance of a large supermarket.
I do alot of spinning classes and there is a really good gym for this on the bottom floor of the apartment block.
I know Madeira island fairly well having stayed for long periods in the past and can recommend the island the landlady and the cosy apartment.

Theres so much to see and explore.
The only downside of the flat is that you need to stand to see the view. When you sit at the kitchen table you generally do not see it.
It is a local area, close to shops, restaurants and public transport. It is close to Praia Formosa.

The flat is in an excellent condition, nothing was missing. We’ve lived here for 5 months, no issues atr all! Huge shoping centre located 10 min. walking. Bus stop directly to a city centre is just outside the building. Spacious parking (free). 20 min. to a beach.
Madeira is trully safest place in Europe for sure! No crime, no dangers. Just a peaceful living!
Totally everything is recommended! Stay in Madeira before before the eternal trip to heaven and see the heaven before;)
More relaxed, walking distance to shopping mall and also to the beach.
Susana is the most lovey owner, she makes sure you have anything you need, she is very helpful and fast in response.
