Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

The bathroom is great. The balcony is also big and nice.
Perfectly located in a safe area, with the tram stop at 1 minute walk.
Communication with the agency was perfect. Extremely reactive and nice :)
2 things that should be improved to make it 100% perfect :
1. The bed is composed of 2 separate matress. One of them has a big big hole so you can not sleep on it. If you are just 1 person it is not a problem.. But if you are 2, make sure they change the 2nd matress.
2. In the room there are some spots where the painting on the wall could be refresh. Not a big deal of course !
