Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

Some steps to climb up from the river level, but walking parallel to the river is easy, with plenty to do and see in both directions. Close to lots of public transport (with a bus stop right across the street). A short bus ride downtown. Several small markets very close, and Lidl and Pingo Doce are easily accessible by bus. A stationary shop across the street to add money to your transport card. A couple of ATMs within walking distance. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, museums, as well.
Recommendations: "Confeitaria Pampulha" for pastel de nata. "Copenhagen Coffee Lab" to hang out. "LX Factory" for a variety of food choices. "Smile Snack Bar" for generous, affordable meals.
