And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

The furniture is modern and in excellent condition, making the apartment feel clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
The location is very convenient: Kaufland is just a 2-minute walk away, and Albert supermarket is also nearby. The tram stop is within walking distance, with several tram lines providing easy access to the city center and Žižkov.
The landlord is very kind, friendly, and responsive. It was a pleasure renting this apartment, and I had a very positive experience throughout my stay.
