A two-bedroom flat renovated in 2025, on the 5th floor with lift, in Huelin, one of Málaga's most genuinely local neighbourhoods. The metro stop is on the corner (about 5 minutes to the centre), the beach and seafront promenade are 6 minutes on foot, and María Zambrano train station is a 10-minute walk.
Two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Bright living room with Smart TV and a double sofa bed. The dining table works well as a desk, and the high-speed WiFi is ideal for remote work. Air conditioning and heating.
Modern, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and cookware. Spacious bathroom with a large shower. Iron, hair dryer, towels and bed linen included.
Huelin is real, everyday Málaga: a fish market, bars and restaurants at local prices, a Lidl right opposite the entrance and sardines on the grill down by the promenade. City buses 1, 3, 7 and 16 stop round the corner. Some nearby streets have free parking and others are blue zone.
Ideal for remote workers, a work assignment in Málaga, a family winter or a Spanish course. Cot and high chair on request. Hot water runs on a butane gas bottle. Utilities are included. Self check-in. No smoking and no parties. Pets welcome.
