A one-bedroom flat on the 9th floor (with lift) with a floor-to-ceiling window over the Mediterranean, the rooftops of the town and the mountains behind. The light changes all day long.
The living area, in sand tones and light wood, has a backlit breakfast bar, a round dining table that works well as a desk for your laptop, a comfortable sofa and a large TV. Fibre WiFi plus an ethernet connection. Two air-conditioning units with heating (living room and bedroom) and a ceiling fan.
The bedroom has a double bed with a handmade Mudéjar-style headboard and a storage bed base. Bathroom in polished cement with a rainfall shower.
The kitchen is set up for breakfasts and simple everyday meals: induction hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, Nespresso, kettle, toaster and blender. There is no oven and no dishwasher. Washing machine, iron, hair dryer, towels and bed linen included.
You are right in the centre: Mercadona 3 minutes away, a 24-hour pharmacy by the building, bakeries, bars and pedestrian streets nearby, and the promenade and beaches within walking distance. Torremolinos train station is a 6-minute walk, with the airport 11 minutes and Málaga centre about 20 minutes away by train. Taxi rank in front of the building.
Ideal for remote work, a sunny winter or a Spanish course on the Costa del Sol. Utilities are included. Self check-in. No smoking and no parties. Pets welcome.
