A detached 32 m² studio in the garden of a house in São Gonçalo, above Funchal. It stands on its own, with no shared walls and its own entrance, and floor-to-ceiling windows look out over the whole bay of Funchal and the harbour.
Inside there is a double bed, a round oak table that works well as a desk, and a kitchenette with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge. A walk-in closet with your own washing machine leads to the shower room. Air conditioning and heating keep it comfortable all year, including the cooler, windier winter days up the hill. Fast Wi-Fi.
The pool and the garden are a few steps away and shared with the guests of the other apartments in the house; the studio itself is entirely yours.
The area is quiet and residential, near the Palheiro golf course. A car is recommended, and parking on the street is free.
Bed linen and towels are included. No smoking, no parties, no pets.
