Bienvenido a DelVentto by Rent Santa Marta, un apartamento Deluxe con espacios independientes para descansar y compartir en familia o con amigos. A solo 4 minutos caminando de la playa, piscinas y balcón con vistas a cabo Tortuga donde podrás disfrutar de Santa Marta a tu ritmo. Para hasta 6 huéspedes, con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños y sofá cama doble.
El espacio
Empieza el día con un café en el balcón privado y vistas al mar y la montaña. Después, alterna tus planes de playa con las piscinas y los espacios de descanso del edificio.
El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama queen y baño privado en suite. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. En el salón, un sofá cama doble completa la capacidad máxima de seis huéspedes. El segundo baño tiene acceso directo desde el salón y desde el segundo dormitorio, una distribución práctica para compartir la estancia.
Dispones de cocina equipada para preparar tus comidas, zona de comedor, aire acondicionado y ventiladores en todas las estancias. Incluimos Wi-Fi, ropa de cama, toallas y parqueadero. El salón y el balcón ofrecen espacios adicionales para disfrutar del apartamento a tu ritmo.

Durante tu estancia puedes disfrutar de las zonas comunes de Delventto: piscinas, jacuzzis, rooftop o terraza, gimnasio, coworking, zonas infantiles, zona BBQ y espacios sociales.
Su acceso y uso están sujetos a los horarios, normas, disponibilidad y condiciones establecidos por la administración del edificio.
Otros aspectos destacables
La administración del edificio cobra una tarifa adicional de 23.800 COP por persona por las manillas de acceso al edificio. Este importe es independiente del precio de la reserva y lo establece directamente la administración.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
