"Le Stelle" is the main apartment; it offers ample space and comprises a large bedroom, a spacious living/dining room, two bathrooms, and a well-appointed kitchen. Featuring natural tuff-stone star-vaulted and barrel-vaulted ceilings, the property is very well equipped. The bedroom includes a double bed, a sofa double bed, and a large wardrobe, while both bathrooms are fitted with showers. The living area features a smart TV, a sofa, and a large dining table. Finally, there is a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment opens onto a courtyard featuring a pergola, a swimming pool, a barbecue area, climbing lemon trees, and a garden bed filled with aromatic herbs.
Mansion "VOLTE E PIETRE" is a co-living property comprising four apartments and one additional room—named "LE STELLE," "IL TUFO," "IL NIDO", "LA BOTTE," and "LE TRAVI." It has been renovated according to strict green-building standards, while remaining faithful to the traditions of the Salento region, and is furnished and equipped with meticulous attention to details. Shared spaces include "LA CORTE" (the courtyard), which features a swimming pool, barbecue, laundry area, a large table with chairs, and a lounge area shaded by a pergola—complete with electrical outlets—all framed by climbing lemon trees, various other plants, and an aromatic herb garden. On the first floor, "IL ROOF GARDEN" offers four flower-filled terraces; one of these is equipped with a shaded patio and a private lounge area reserved for the "LA BOTTE" apartment, while another terrace is a shared laundry zone.
Located within the town, the mansion overlooks a large square that hosts a local market once a week (on Wednesday mornings), with various stalls selling eggs, fruits and vegetables, flowers, fish, bread, clothing, haberdashery, and more. The same square is home to a well-stocked supermarket, two cafés, a bakery, a post office, a drinking-water dispenser (offering both still and sparkling water), and charging/refueling stations for electric and gasoline-powered vehicles. Restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank, and various shops are all within a pleasant 10-minute walk. The mansion’s four kitchens are exceptionally well-equipped, featuring dishwashers, refrigerators, and ovens. There are seven bathrooms in total, each fitted with a shower, a hairdryer, and all other necessary amenities.
Located 7 km from the stunning beach of ​​Pescoluse (the "Maldives of Salento"), approximately 35 km from Gallipoli and Maglie, about 60 km from Lecce, and roughly 100 km from Brindisi Airport.

"LE STELLE" è l'appartamento principale del co-livng Volte e Pietre; ha ampi spazi, è composto da una grande camera da letto, un grande soggiorno pranzo 2 bagni ed una spaziosa cucina. Caratterizzata da volte a stella ed a botte in tufo naturale. La casa è molto ben attrezzata, la camera da letto oltre ad un letto matrimoniale ed un divano letto ha anche un grande armadio, I Bagni entrambi con doccia. Il soggiorno con smart tv divano e grande tavolo. infine una attrezzatissima cucina.
La casa si affaccia nella corte con pergolato Piscina, barbecue Limoni rampicanti e aiuola di erbe aromatiche.

L'intera dimora "VOLTE E PIETRE" è un co-living composto da 4 appartamenti + una stanza "LE STELLE, IL TUFO, IL NIDO, LA BOTTE e LE TRAVI". Ristrutturata con rigide regole di bio edilizia nel rispetto della tradizione salentina, arredata ed attrezzata con cura in ogni dettaglio. Gli spazi in condivisione sono "LA CORTE" con Piscina, Barbecue, Lavatoio, 1 grande Tavolo con sedie ed 1 salottino iall'ombra del pergolato con prese elettriche; il tutto incorniciato da Limoni rampicanti ed altre piante, compresa l'aiuola delle erbe aromatiche. Al primo piano "IL ROOF GARDEN" 4 terrazzi fioriti, (di cui uno attrezzato con patio ombreggiante e salottino riservato per L'appartamento "LA BOTTE" ) ed uno con zona lavanderia.
Situata in paese, la Dimora si affaccia in una grande piazza che accoglie una volta a settimana (il mercoledì mattina) il mercatino locale con varie bancarelle che vendono le uova, frutta e verdure, fiori, pesce, pane , vestiti, merceria.... ecc ecc. Nella stessa piazza anche un fornitissimo supermercato, 2 Bar 1 Bakery, la posta , 1 distributore di acqua da bere (liscia e gasata), distributore per auto elettriche e a benzina. I ristoranti , la farmacia, la Banca, i negozi ,ecc. si raggiungono con una passeggiata di circa 10 minuti. Nella villa le 4 cucine sono provviste di una ottima attrezzatura, compresa lavastoviglie, frigorifero e forno. I 7 bagni sono tutti con doccia, phone e quant' altro.
A 7 km dal meraviglioso mare di Pescoluse, (le Maldive del Salento) , circa 30 km da Gallipoli e Maglie, circa 60 km da Lecce, circa 100 km dall'aeroporto di Brindisi.
