The home office is a separate room with a door and natural light, equipped with a desk, comfortable office chair and a 27-inch monitor with USB-C and HDMI connectivity for your laptop. A quiet, private space to focus on work and attend online meetings.
At the end of the working day, simply close the office door and enjoy everything Lagos has to offer.
Located on the same street as the Lagos Cultural Centre, the apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Lagos Marina.
With supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, takeaway options and public transport nearby, you can manage most of your daily activities without needing a car.
The apartment features modern, welcoming décor and plenty of natural light. It has a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a living room with a TV and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals.
For longer stays, there is a launderette just a 3-minute walk away.
The apartment also has heating for the cooler months and is located on the second floor of a building with a lift.
As the apartment is in the historic centre, where vehicle access is restricted, parking is available at a paid private car park approximately 4 minutes away on foot, or in a public parking area 7 minutes away.

Lagos is an awesome city for Digital Nomads and for experiencing Algarve weather, lovely beaches nearby the flat (walking distance) and working in the office we have setup for you. You have fiber internet (10Gb), a proper desk and comfortable chair and a 27’ UHD screen for you to connect. I own a consultancy and give regular classes in university in Digital Transformation and AI. I also host AI events as moderator and presenter and have lived in the UK (Leeds) and Norway (Oslo).

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
