Business or Holiday, our beautiful and sunny apartment in the Family Garden Residential Complex covers all your needs!
We have strived to strike a balance between luxury and comfort to make your stay as pleasant and productive as possible. We have also strived to adhere to Feng Shui principles, so that every minute spent there energizes you! The complex also has a private park with a children's playground and sports facilities, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while your kids are playing.
* Location - the apartment is located on a quiet street right in the middle of the city, from where you can reach any point within the city quickly. The center/downtown is not too far away and you can walk to it in about 25-30 minutes.
* Parking: free parking place in underground garage, that can fit even the biggest SUV.
* Sleep comfort: For your comfort we have provided high class mattress (iSleep Silver Premium) and pillows (Billerbeck). Extra pillows are also available (high/hard pillows and Memory Foam pillows with cooling gel as well). The bed in the bedroom is Queen size. There is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people in the living room as well.
The curtains are not totally Blackout, but they darken the rooms enough for most people to sleep during the day, if needed.
* Air Conditioning: The apartment has very high class Daikin Air Conditioners in every room. It also has Infrared floor heating for your maximum comfort during the cold months.
* TV: There is interactive TV in both rooms from A1. In the Living room there is a second TV provider Vivacom (Premium package) available with an App, installed on the TV. The app is called EON and it has international channels and lots of movie and sports channels as well.
* Internet: There is a high speed Wi-Fi available (1000 Mbps)
* Cooking: We have provided everything people usually need for a short stay in an apartment. We haven't got a microwave oven, but the oven has Quick Reheat and Air Frier functions. A Microwave oven can be provided for your stay if requested in advance.
* Laundry: There is a highest class combined washing machine with dryer. It has a thermo-pump and dries under lower temperature, so it doesn't shrink clothes (but clothes must be safe for thimble dryers).
* Noise: Loud parties are forbidden, but quiet guests are welcome. The dining table can accommodate up to 6 people for dinner.
* Smoking: Smoking inside is forbidden, but smokers are welcome to smoke on the balcony

The parking place is in an underground garage under the building. It is very large and fits even the biggest SUVs. The doors and the maneuvering area are very large as well. There is an elevator from the garage to the apartment. It's accessible for people with wheelchairs too.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
