Make yourself at home on a quiet residential street in Shirokane. This furnished ground-floor one-bedroom apartment has a double bed, a desk and chair, and a separate dining-kitchen, making it a comfortable base for one person or a couple.
Sliding doors let you close off the bedroom for privacy or open the two rooms together. High windows bring in daylight while keeping the living spaces private from the street. The living area has a sofa and TV, while the kitchen includes a two-burner induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, microwave, cooking utensils and tableware. The toilet, bathroom with bathtub and shower, and washroom are separate. There is a washing machine and a bathroom drying function for laundry, and both main rooms have air conditioning with heating.
Shirokane-takanawa Station is approximately a ten-minute walk for the Namboku and Mita lines. Shirokanedai and Hiro-o are also walkable. Groceries, convenience stores, cafés and local restaurants are nearby, so you can establish a daily routine in central Minato.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
