On Flatio since October 2026
Hey there,
the photos of the flat is the blank current situation. We'll replace the old windows by new modern ones within the next months. Also, most of the furniture is going to be replaced; of course there will be a new quality matress. Can't show pictures because it's not done yet. The neigbors are all fine. Still, it's a old house and the walls are thin.
Also, we are doing renovation work in the house. That means there will be time slots where we could be more or less loud. Up to 20 hours a week. Mostly fridays 2 pm to 8 pm. Saturdays 10 pm to 6 pm.
Still, another digital native feels very comfortable in this situation bcs we are not loud continiously.
There is a 300 m2 garden you can use. Relaxing nature, woods, river nearby. The harmonic city is only 6 minutes by walking from the flat. The flat is far enough from the main road that the cars are not hearable. Shopping, ice cream, very good restaurants are nearby, 3 to 10 mins by walking.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement.
