The courtyard:

The apartment has access to a pleasant front courtyard, which is used essentially by the apartment's guests. It is a lovely outdoor space for having coffee, reading, working or enjoying a quiet moment.

The courtyard is located at the entrance of the family residence, so there may occasionally be some passage through the area. In practice, however, it is used almost exclusively by the guests of the apartment.

Panorama Voula is a peaceful residential area on the southern side of Athens. The elevated location offers lovely sea views and a feeling of being away from the intensity of the city, while the beaches, Glyfada and the southern suburbs are within easy driving distance.

For nature lovers, a dirt road and walking trail leading towards Mount Hymettus starts very close to the house, offering an opportunity for walking, exploring and enjoying nature.

The apartment is approximately:

3 km from A' Voula Beach
Close to Glyfada and Varkiza
6 km from Elliniko Metro Station
16 km from Syntagma Square

Because the apartment is located in an elevated part of Panorama Voula, a car or taxi is recommended.

There is a significant uphill section leading to the house, and the area is primarily residential. The beach, metro station, supermarkets, bakery and other shops are not within a distance that is particularly convenient to walk, especially on a daily basis.

For this reason, the apartment is best suited to guests who have a car, or use taxis.

Hi, I’m Konstantina. I studied German Language and Literature and Social Work in Germany, and later went on to study Psychotherapy. I love travelling and I really enjoy meeting people from different countries and cultures. I believe that getting to know a place is not only about seeing the famous sights, but also about discovering how people actually live there. I used to live in the apartment I’m now renting out, so it is a home I know and care about very much. I now live in another neighbourhood of Athens, but I’m still nearby and happy to help whenever needed. I’ll be very happy to welcome you to Athens and share my favourite local tips, including some of the less-known places, neighbourhoods, cafés and spots that you might not find in a typical guidebook.
