With a dedicated office, ideal for remote and temporary workers, it is also equipped with a laundry area, a full kitchen, and two balconies for your enjoyment. Rented without a parking space, though one may be added to the contract if available. The building is in very good condition, equipped with a security system, elevators, and regular cleaning. Condominium fees are included in the monthly rent. If you need cleaning services, we can help you find the right solution.

Amazing stay in Funchal city center. Apartment is perfect for families and also digital nomads. We had a wonderful 1 month stay with a baby and the property has all needed both for working and living. Nice area with all needed services in the surroundings including a mall, cafes/restaurants, park for kids, etc... Communication with the owner couldn't be better and quicker. He provided all what we asked for and even more. Looking forward to come back!
