Working from Sardinia has never been so enjoyable! The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it perfect for remote working, video calls, streaming and everyday online activities.

And when the working day is over, you can step outside onto your private terrace or reach Poetto Beach in just a few minutes. 🌊☀️

Please note: due to the attic-style architecture, the bathroom ceiling height varies from approximately 1.80 m to 1.35 m at its lowest point.

Directly accessible from the bright living area, the terrace is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and a table: a lovely private space for breakfast in the sunshine, an afternoon break, or a glass of Sardinian wine under the stars. 🍷✨

The modern kitchen has everything you need to feel at home, even during a longer stay:

A baby cot and other accessories for children can also be provided upon request.

The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with the required safety systems, including a fire extinguisher and smoke detector.

Upon arrival, you will find bed linen, three towels per guest, toiletries and basic cleaning products. We also provide fresh water and coffee or tea to make your arrival a little more comfortable. ☕💛

📍 **STRATEGIC LOCATION**

The location is particularly convenient for enjoying both **Poetto Beach and Cagliari**.

🌊 Poetto Beach and its cafés and restaurants can be reached in approximately 10–15 minutes on foot, while Cagliari's historic center is around 10 minutes away by car or bus.

🚌 A bus stop is located right in front of the building, making it easy to move around without a car.

🚗 The apartment is also close to the main coastal road, providing convenient access to some of Southern Sardinia's most beautiful beaches and destinations, including the Villasimius area.

Shops, cafés and everyday services are available nearby, making the apartment especially practical for longer stays.

🔑 **ACCESS**

The apartment is located on the 5th floor. The elevator reaches the 4th floor, followed by one flight of stairs to reach the accommodation.

Self check-in is available for maximum flexibility. If preferred, an in-person welcome can also be arranged.
