Host spoke English, was flexible and answered quick. Very friendly. Appartment was clean, nicely decorated, balcony was superb! Washer, dryer, oven, microwave, big fridge. Good bed.

Neighborhood
Close to parks, busstop and tram stop within 5 minutes. To citycenter with tram 0,5 hour for 53 cents. Shops nearby spar and studenac. Parking is not easy but still possible everyday.
