Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

The apartment is close to public transportation and a shopping center. I think it's a good choice.
I recommend the laundry room that is very close to the apartment since it does not have a washing machine.
The neighborhood was very nice, with lots of cafes, restaurants, laundromat and shops nearby. The flat was quite central, close to the city centre and especially close to several places to visit (House of Terror, Heroes' Square).
The flat is perfect, I felt home in every detail of it! I would 100% recommend!
