Fully renovated in 2025 and just a few steps from the beach, in the Epsylon building with Northern European neighbors, it is perfect for remote work (300Mb Wi-Fi) and enjoying 320 days of sunshine a year with mild winter temperatures of 18–20 °C. From its beachfront balcony, you can witness unique sunrises and, if lucky, spot dolphins and humpback whales.

What if I don’t have a car?
CASA NALU’s location is perfect for walking everywhere. You’ll find shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlors just steps away. The nearest supermarket is a 2-minute walk, and the beaches are only 2 and 4 minutes away on foot. There is also a local bus service connecting different parts of Almuñécar.

How long can I rent?
Our apartment in Almuñécar with sea views and a swimming pool is available for seasonal stays of 2 to 11 months. Shorter stays (under 2 months) are possible for justified work, study, or health reasons. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. A legal rental contract will always be formalized. Is Almuñécar a quiet place?
Yes. Almuñécar is a charming coastal town where the Mediterranean meets history. How far is it from the airport?
You can fly to Malaga (AGP) or Granada (GRX) —both about 55 minutes away. From either airport, you can reach Almuñécar by ALSA bus (around €9), taxi, private transfer, or Uber.

Where can I park?
There is a parking area right below the building, free most of the year and operating as paid parking (blue zone) in high season. If it’s full, you can park in nearby streets or in the private parking at San Cristóbal Beach, just a 2-minute walk away.

Can I use the apartment to register my residence (empadronamiento)?
We’re sorry, but Casa Nalu cannot be used for official residence registration.
