This apartment is ideal for a couple, with or without one or two young children. It may also be rented by two independent individuals. However, it is not suitable for groups of more than two adults. Reservations from groups of more than two adults will be declined.

The property is a fully renovated, modern home located in a very central area of Madrid. It features a spacious private patio of approximately 50 square meters, perfect for enjoying outdoor space, growing plants, or relaxing in the open air. A private storage room is also included.

The layout includes a small entrance hall that opens onto a comfortable living room and a large, fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and ample storage space. The living room comes furnished with a sofa, table, chest of drawers, and TV. There is also a dedicated workspace, ideal for working from home in a quiet setting.

The bathroom is modern and fully fitted, with a walk-in shower and a large window that opens onto the patio. Upstairs, there are two smaller rooms with lower-than-average ceiling height, suitable for children, guests, or additional storage.

All rooms have windows, allowing for good ventilation and natural light throughout the apartment. High-speed Wi-Fi and a home security system are included in the rent.

The surrounding area is well-established and vibrant, with a wide range of local shops, traditional markets, cultural spaces, pharmacies, and schools. The location offers excellent public transport connections, just steps from Paseo de Extremadura and close to Puerta del Ángel metro station, with easy access to the M-30 ring road.
