And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Banheiro de excelente tamanho, inclusive com máquina de lavar roupas, porém vaza água por baixo do box durante o banho. Eles minimizam essa situação chamando um encanador, porém o problema persistiu. Tb há um cheiro de esgoto vindo da pia e da maquina de lavar, talvez por ser um prédio mto antigo, o que me fez usar mto spray e deitar água na pia para diminuir um pouco esse cheiro.
No mais, eu indico com certeza , pois o apartamento está mto bem cuidado, pintado e oferece todo conforto para o dia a dia.
A região tb oferece de tudo, mercados, farmácias, lojas diversas, restaurantes e tascas, etc
