All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. It's right in the Old Town, a beautiful area. There is a 7-minute walk to the nearest tram and metro stations and a big shopping centre (The Palladium). The street has a good Mexican restaurant, a sushi place and a strip club. There was a lot of broken glass outside the front door one morning. However, I never felt unsafe. Perhaps post Covid when the stag parties return it will be louder and feel less safe, but for me it felt fine.
