The living room is the heart of the apartment. With a comfy 3-seater sofa and TV, it’s the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring or meetings. The open-plan design keeps everything connected, giving a spacious feel while still being cozy.

- Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen is ready for you to whip up anything from a quick coffee to a full meal. Fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, and washing machine, you’ll find everything you need here. A small peninsula serves as a casual dining space, making it easy to chat and share meals while staying connected to the living area.

- Comfortable Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms, making it a great choice for friends, couples, or solo travelers looking for extra space. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a dresser, while the second bedroom features a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm). Both beds have Ottoman storage, giving you some extra room for your belongings.

- Functional Bathroom
The bathroom is compact but functional, with a raised shower area (please note the step to access it). It’s perfect for freshening up after a day of sightseeing or work.

Whether you're here for work or leisure, everything you need is just minutes away.


Important Things to Know

- No elevator: The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs (it's part of the charm of staying in an old Lisbon building!).

- Limited street parking: Street parking is available but limited and paid, so we recommend public transportation or alternative transport options.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
￫ Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
