The large windows make there is a lot of natural daylight and the sun shines into the apartment.The apartment has a large living room and open kitchen which is fully equipped with dish washer, blender, cooking gear and lighted cabinets. A large 50” flat screen and a Bluetooth music box enable you to enjoy your favorite tv and sound entertainment. The air-conditioning allows you to bring a fresh ´breeze´into the apartment during the hot summer.The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 stylish bathrooms and a separate toilet. The sofa bed in the living room allows a total of 10 persons to stay at the apartment. The interior is furnished in Nordic style with touches of wood, virgin white and bright pastel colors of blue, green and grey.The large open kitchen is connected to the living room and a French balcony with double doors to open. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooking gear, induction cooking plate, toaster – all stored behind the white glossy modern doors. 2 spacious Bedrooms with double bed, 1 spacious bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom en-suite. In order to accommodate a maximum of 10 people, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a small double bed.Other things to noteIMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ CAREFULLYThis property is NOT Touristic. Access to the accommodation cannot be granted without this information.Quiet Hours:- Parties and loud noises are not allowed.- Respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.Common Areas and Smoking:- Smoking and drinking are prohibited in shared areas and inside the apartment. Apartment Care:Use towels only for bathing; any permanent stains will incur charges (€5 to remove stains/item or replacement cost).- Do not park bicycles in hallways or inside the apartment.Check-out:- Check-out time: 10:00 AM.- Late check-out (after 12:00 PM): 50% of the booking price (minimum: €40, maximum: €250).Optional Services:- Baby crib: €20/booking (subject to availability).- Baby high chair: €5/booking.Additional services like a sofa bed must be requested upon reservation. If requested after arrival 15 €/booking.Long Stays (over 20 days):- A basic rental agreement must be signed, as required by law, if your reservation is for more than 11 days.
