The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, while everything you need is just a short walk away. Supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, taxi and bus stops, the Municipal Market, and the Old Venetian Harbor are all within walking distance, making it easy to explore Chania without the need for a car.
The apartment was completely renovated in August 2021, with great attention to detail, high-quality materials, and environmental sustainability. During the renovation, 100% of the old construction materials were recycled, while approximately 80% of the new materials used were environmentally friendly.
