Located on the first floor, accessible only by stairs, the space features a comfortable double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area, a private bathroom, and a private terrace, facing a shared garden also on the first floor, where you can relax in the sun or unwind after a day of exploring the city.
Situated in a calm, family-friendly neighborhood, you'll find local shops and grocery stores just steps away, with easy access to the authentic charm of Lisbon. A 5-minute walk brings you to the famous tram 28, and within 10 - 15 minutes, you can visit iconic landmarks like Lisbon’s Cathedral, Alfama District or the Pantheon. The area is also filled with traditional restaurants where you can savor local cuisine.
While the studio is open-plan, the layout creates a sense of separation between the living, dining, and sleeping areas. The bathroom is the only fully enclosed space.
In the bedroom, you'll enjoy a comfortable 160 x 200 cm bed, with fresh linen, a duvet, and a bath towel for each guest. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable climate. It also has a TV with a few international channels and free Wi-Fi.
