This cozy brand new studio is situated in a lovely quiet area close to the historical heart of Sofia. It's an ideal base to discover Bulgaria's vibrant capital and to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Carefully designed & furnished with everything you would need, this rental unit provides maximum coziness and comfort for both short-term & long-term stays. Book & enjoy the fresh atmosphere of Sofia in our centrally-located studio!

The layout consists of an open space living room with a kitchen, a bedroom area partially separated from the living room and a separate bathroom.

The living room features:
• sofa;
• coffee table which can be converted into a dinner table/desk;
• cable TV;
• lights which can be adjusted into desired strength and color;
• air conditioner.

The kitchen is equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stove;
• espresso machine, french press and kettle;
• washing machine (and drying rack);
• pans and various kitchen utensils.

The bedroom space provides:
• comfortable double bed (140x200);
• electricity sockets on both sides of the bed;
• extra memory foam pillows for your comfort;
• nightstand with phone charger (Android, Iphone, Oneplus).

The bright bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, toilet & a washing sink with a mirror.

How can I cancel my booking?

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
