Located in the prestigious Avenidas Novas area, this 55 m² one-bedroom apartment is the ideal choice for business travelers or remote workers. Set in a central yet quiet neighborhood, it is known for its wide avenues, excellent public transport network, and proximity to offices, cafés, gyms, and supermarkets.

The apartment combines style and functionality, featuring a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and built-in wardrobe, as well as a bright open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washer-dryer, along with all the essential utensils for everyday use.

A large private balcony with open views provides the perfect space to relax at the end of the day, enjoy a coffee, or take calls outdoors in comfort.
To ensure a comfortable and connected stay, the apartment offers high-speed internet, Smart TVs, and air conditioning.

All expenses are included — water, electricity, television, and internet — as well as a regular cleaning service with a change of bed linen and towels.

The apartment is in a fully renovated building with two lifts.
Self-check-in ensures greater flexibility upon arrival.

Welcome package

Upon arrival, you will find the apartment carefully prepared for your stay, equipped with bed linen and towels, toilet paper, a starter cleaning kit for the kitchen, and welcome bathroom amenities, including shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, body lotion, and soap.

Up to 3 days before your check-in, you will receive a welcome letter directly from the landlord with all relevant information regarding your stay, as well as access instructions for the building and the apartment, including your personal door access code, allowing you to check-in independently and conveniently.

I am the founder and manager of 9JUNCTION APARTMENTS in Lisbon, a collection of 12 fully furnished and equipped serviced apartments designed for medium- and long-term stays. My career in hospitality began in 2008 and, for more than a decade, I held management positions within an international hotel chain and participated in the opening of several large-scale properties. This experience gave me a strong foundation in hospitality operations, service quality, and guest experience, as well as a clear understanding of the standards required to deliver a consistently high level of service. I established 9JUNCTION APARTMENTS to bring this professional expertise to a more personal residential setting. The objective was to offer people living temporarily in Lisbon the comfort and independence of a private residence, supported by attentive and reliable management. Located in the heart of Avenidas Novas, our apartments benefit from a prime Lisbon address. The neighbourhood’s established residential character and central location make it particularly suited to extended stays, whether for professional commitments, relocation, or family life. Each apartment is thoughtfully arranged to support everyday living and working, with an emphasis on comfort, functionality, and privacy. We welcome professionals, families, and remote workers seeking a well-managed home in the city. I remain directly involved in the day-to-day management of 9JUNCTION APARTMENTS, overseeing apartment preparation, service delivery, and resident support.
