This spacious and bright triplex has been carefully renovated to combine traditional elements such as wooden ceiling beams and Valencian ceramic tiles with all the modern comforts you need for an unforgettable stay.

The location is perfect for immersing yourself in authentic Valencian life. You'll be surrounded by charming restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions, all within walking distance. From the triplex, you can enjoy views of the picturesque Mossen Sorell Market through large windows and balconies that fill the space with natural light.

At the entrance floor, you'll find two cozy bedrooms. One of them features a comfortable 1.50-sized bed, high ceilings with wooden beams, a fan, and a spacious desk and chair by a window, making it perfect for remote work. The other bedroom has two 90-sized trundle beds. The bathroom on this floor has been completely renovated, maintaining a charming vintage style and offering a relaxing shower.

On the central floor, you'll find a spacious living room of over 20 square meters with large windows overlooking the picturesque Mossen Sorell Market, filling the room with light. It's the ideal space to relax after a day exploring the beautiful city of Valencia. There's also a full bathroom with a shower on this floor for your convenience.

The third floor houses a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a table that comfortably seats 4. Here, you can prepare your favorite meals and experience delicious local cuisine.

For those who need to work during their stay, we offer high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped workspace.

- No groups of friends can be accepted. This apartment is suitable for professionals, families, or couples.

- As a rental tenant, you are expected to abide by the house rules and treat the apartment, including all equipment, furniture and appliances with care at all times.

- In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24º C in cool mode / 25ºC in heat mode.
- No parties or events are allowed.

- You are not allowed to accommodate more people in the apartment than the number of occupants stated in the booking. In case of doing so you will be charged the supplement per night and person showed at the platform

- Typically, check-in is after 15:00. However, if you plan to arrive earlier, please advice and we will do our best to accommodate your early check-in request.

- Please note that check-in after 20.00 will need to be confirmed in advance and between 20:00 and 23:00, will have a supplement of 20 EUR / between 23:00-09:00, will have a supplement of 30 EUR, to be paid at check-in time.

- The building is home to friendly neighbours, mainly families. In order to secure peaceful living together, I kindly ask you to respect them by keeping the noise volume at a tolerable level within the house. Rest hours are from 23:00 to 9:00.

- Undue noise and unsocial behaviour will be penalized and may result in the guests being asked to vacate the property immediately without reimbursement and any kind of compensation, regardless of time of day or night.

- Upon your departure the house should be returned in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Kitchen should be cleaned (especially of food debris) and garbage taken out (there are recycling bins near the apartment). In case of breaking his rule, extra cleaning charges may apply (by the extra hour).

- Please turn off the air conditioner, lights and all other electrical appliance(s) every time you leave the apartment.

- It is absolutely prohibited to store bicycles within the apartment or building premises.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Damage to furniture and/or facilities will be charged at an amount equating to the value of the damage.

- If you need me to go to the apartment because you left the keys inside, cost will be 20€ until 20:00; 30€ after 20:00 and 50€ after 23:00. If you locked yourself out and you left the key inside the lock, you will be asked to pay the fee requested to have a locksmith re-open the apartment.

- Please make sure the door is securely closed/locked and that you always maintain possession of the (electronic) key every time you leave the apartment during your stay.

- You will be charged 50€ to replace any lost key of the apartment.
