First time user of Flatio and have a positive feeling from it. I've had some issues finding a good landlord, but when I found them it was all quite easy to manage the appartment, payments and exchange of information. I was able to keep in touch with the landlord through the messaging system. Updating and extending the lease contracts was just as easy.

I am most pleased with the digital communication received before check-in and upon check-out. Instructions were clear and concise. There were only minor issues with obtaining a refund for a changed booking, however It was cleared up in a matter of days.

I was most pleased that you warned me that the place we were going to rent had an unreliable landlord and that we should rebook with a new landlord. easy pricing structure and incredibly convenient. Compared to the terrible experience on "housing anywhere" website where they say the price is 1,000 per month, then you click in and it turns out the price is actually 2,500 and every month has a different price. Terrible experience there. Flatio is brilliant, we have used it before in Madeira and really enjoyed how straightforward and easy Flatio makes it. Please don't ever change!
