Velmi příjemný pán. Perfektní domluva na všem. Vřele doporučuji.

Neighborhood
Jedná se o lokalitu na hranici kulturního a krásného centra s parky, kavárnami, divadlem a perfektní dostupností všeho, ovšem se blízko nachází taktéž romské ghetto. Tudíž je zde občas velký hluk či se poblíž pohybují zvláštní individua. Ale za dobu, co tu bydlím, jsem nezažil žádný konflikt či vyhrocenou situaci.

The flat is small and cozy had everything you need for a long/short stay, Jan is wonderful, he is always there to help and solve any issue that arises as soon as possible.

Neighborhood
The apartment is placed very near the city center, most of the shops and places are walking distance which is great. There are many green zones around the place which are very nice and well maintained.

Places to recommend I'd say explore around home and on your way to Lužánky you'll find some very nice places to have a drink or enjoy a meal.

The location was great.The house was good. The furniture was new and qualified. Also,Jan was too kind and super landlord.He was too helpful.If ı come back to Brno I prefer this house again.

Die Wohnung wurde angemietet für ein Auslandssemester.
Die Wohnung wirkt auf den Fotos größer als in Natur. Sie liegt im Souterrain, das Wohn-/Schlafzimmer hat ein Fenster zum Garten.
Im Vorflur im Souterrain/Keller stehen leider teilweise übel riechende Mülltonnen direkt in der Nähe der Wohnungstür.
Eigene Klingel an der Haustür fehlt u. wohl auch eigener Briefkasten.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr ordentlich und sauber, nett eingerichtet.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist fußläufig zur Innenstadt und ziemlich unschlagbar. Gegenüber ist eine Bäckerei.
Jan war als Vermieter immer sehr hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung -ebenso wie der Vermieter- sehr zu empfehlen.

The apartment is awesome and Jan is a great and helpful host. I stayed there for 4 months with my SO and Jan was always available and helped with everything that we needed.
