Hi! I’m Oscar Giraldo, founder of Hito Lodging, and a proud Medellín local. I know this city inside and out, and I truly enjoy helping visitors experience it like locals.

For more than four years, I’ve specialized in managing furnished apartments in Laureles–Estadio and El Poblado, two of Medellín’s most desirable neighborhoods. Together with my wife and a close friend, I founded Hito Lodging with one simple goal: to create comfortable, thoughtfully designed homes where people can work, relax, and enjoy everything the city has to offer.

Most of our guests are digital nomads, business travelers, couples, and people looking for medium- or long-term stays. Every apartment is carefully prepared to provide a comfortable, functional, and welcoming living experience.

We believe that a great stay is about much more than a beautiful apartment. That’s why we focus on being responsive, attentive, and making sure every detail contributes to a smooth and enjoyable experience.

I’m also a big animal lover. However, to keep our properties in excellent condition for every guest, we generally don’t allow pets. That said, we’re always happy to consider special requests on a case-by-case basis.
