We — Terry and Mandy — have been renting out our villa for almost 10 years. With the recent changes in local regulations, we now list shorter tourist stays on a different site, while this platform is for stays of 11 nights or more, known as seasonal rentals.
We’ve travelled extensively, but we always come back to Spain — we love the sunshine, the food, the people, and the slower pace of life. Our place in Denia is our happy spot, and we genuinely enjoy sharing it with others who want to experience the same charm, calm, and good humour that made us fall in love with the area in the first place.
We’re also supported by a brilliant local management company who look after everything for us and will be your first point of contact during your stay in Denia.

The hosts made the process as simple as they could. The home was clean tidy and well maintained on a likewise community. The home was exactly as advertised and would highly recommend.
Neighborhood
Las Marinas is a lovely neighbourhood along the beach front in Denia, it has been a regular destination for my family for over 30 years and gets better each visit. The only thing that prevented a 10 was they have closed the local Spar store and now it’s a 5 minute drive tops rather than a walk around the corner. Maybe we’ve become too used to things being perfect!
