Skabrin J.

Hello, I’m Julia Dimitrova!

I’m not just your host—I’m someone who truly loves creating unforgettable experiences for my guests. As an Intellectual Property Lawyer by profession, I approach everything with detail and care, and that includes making sure your stay is comfortable, inspiring, and seamless.

Beyond my work, I’m an adventurer at heart—an ex-runner, a yogi mastering handstands, and a passionate traveler. In the summer, you’ll find me kite-surfing, and in the winter, I’m carving my way down the ski slopes. I thrive on meeting new people, sharing insider tips about the places I know best, and making every guest feel like a local, even when they’re miles away from home.

My apartments aren’t just spaces—they’re designed for living, working, and relaxing in style, each one carefully curated for an experience that blends comfort and functionality. I want you to feel at home, inspired, and well taken care of.

I look forward to welcoming you and helping you make the most of your time in Bansko!
