Neighborhood
This isn’t a tourist area which is why I liked it. It is the block with tall buildings. I loved the greenery around the blocks.

A short walk away in Split 3 near the university there are some nice cafes. The neighbourhood cafe around the corner in Pujanke has good coffee too.

Calm and respectful, you can go out at any time without problem.

Great communication and problem solving with the landlord. The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything. Internet is high speed, low latency. Definitely recommend!
Neighborhood
People are generally nice around the block. There are not much tourists. Parking cab be challenging.
