General evaluation : A quiet space for work and comfort
When I arrived at the house, I found a clean and organized place for those looking for a
comfortable stay while working remotely. Right at the entrance, we were greeted by the landlord, who
was attentive and available from the start. The house offers a great structure for those
who want to combine work and leisure time, providing suitable environments for
productivity and rest.
Work space
The dedicated workspace was undoubtedly one of the highlights of the house. Positioned
in a well-lit and airy spot, the desk is ideal for those who need to spend hours focused on projects.

Although our stay was generally very pleasant, we did face a few small challenges

Another point to mention was the absence of some essential items for housekeeping,
such as dishwashing soap and hangers in the cupboard. Fortunately, these small shortages were
the landlord, who was always accessible and attentive. The television
was also not working when we arrived, but the problem was quickly resolved.

The location of the property is good. Situated in an easily accessible area, public transport is just a few minutes' walk away.

Filipe is a great host, who waited for our delayed flight to meet and greet. He also responded all questions that we had during our stay. Apartment is great 👍 Amazing ocean view, quiet neighbours and private territory. Azenhas Do Mar is a great place to stay for retreat.
Neighborhood
Small village on the ocean coast, good restaurants and beaches. Not a lot, yet still tourists come and go.

Very spacious house in a relaxing and quiet location near the coast in a cute village. Comfy furniture, great bed and well equipped kitchen. The weather wasn’t the best when we were there but else you could enjoy the big sunny terrace where you can clearly hear the sea. It was our first time via Flatio and only stayed there for 1,5 weeks so just keep in mind to buy/take some things yourself like garbage bags, washing powder, detergent, etc. Can definitely recommend the place!
Neighborhood
Charming village with a few restaurants and small supermarket within walking distance. With a car you can reach a lot more options within 5-20 mins drive. Along the coast with stunning views.
