The apartment fully corresponds to the photos. It has everything necessary for a short-term stay. It is equidistant from the center of Porto and the ocean (40-50 minutes on foot, 15 minutes by car). For a long-term stay, there are some drawbacks, especially if you plan to spend a lot of time in the apartment, for example, in the case of remote work. There is no air conditioning, and it can get stuffy in the mornings. The internet speed is sufficient for work, but there are no dedicated workspaces in the apartment. There is a small farm nearby, and the bird cries can be quite loud. The mattress in the bedroom is not very comfortable. The kitchen is narrow, which makes it less comfortable. Overall, the apartment is suitable for short-term stays or for a long-term stay if you don't plan to spend a lot of time inside during the day.

Neighborhood
This is a calm residential area. There are several large supermarkets, a gym, and a golf club nearby. The beach is a 40-50 minute walk away, as is the city center. There are hardly any restaurants around, but there are small cafes that locals mainly frequent. We didn't find any parks or recreational areas nearby, except for the beach.

Our stay was delightful in the apartment; the apartment is fully furnished with everything necessary for daily life. Raquel is amicable and helpful, with professionalism and complete responsibility; I highly recommend this apartment.
