Welcome to Gonzalo's Guest! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please adhere to the following house rules:
Documentation Required: A valid passport and address must be provided upon confirming the booking. Failure to provide this information will result in the cancellation of your check-in.
Rental Agreement: A rental agreement must be signed and returned after the reservation is made. It is mandatory to complete this contract to proceed with the reservation. Failure to sign and return the agreement will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Lost or Damaged Keys: Charges will apply for any lost or damaged keys or parking remotes.
Property Access: Gonzalo's Guest reserves the right to enter and inspect the apartment or show it to potential tenants any day of the week between 9 am and 6 pm. Guests will be informed via email at least one day in advance.
Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in both indoor and outdoor areas of the unit and building. Violations may result in cleaning costs. Please inform us of any smoke damage from neighbors.
Guest Responsibility: Guests assume full responsibility for accidents, injuries, and illnesses that occur on the premises. Personal liability insurance is recommended.
Check-Out Procedures: At check-out, guests must vacate the unit, parking, and storage, leaving keys and furnishings in the same condition as at check-in, minus reasonable wear and tear. Gonzalo's Guest may enter the home after check-out to remove all remaining personal belongings, with the guest liable to pay:

Gonzalo's Guest's cost recovery and attorney fees
Noise Pollution: Gonzalo's Guest cannot control or bear responsibility for noise pollution on the street or near the apartment. Relocation due to noise or other reasons will incur a fee equal to half a month's rent.
Extensions: Extensions are based on pricing and availability of the unit at the time of the request. All extensions must be finalized 24 hours before the original move-out date.
Last-Minute Reservations: For same-day move-ins, we must receive all guest contacts, ID copies, and background checks before 10:30 am local time. If received later, move-in may be delayed to the next day at 4:00 pm due to scheduling conflicts.
Late Check-In Fee: Any check-in after 9:00 pm will incur an additional fee of 30 euros.

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.
Hosts are mainly interested in the profile of their guest. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your booking will more likely get approved.
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every listing. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
