Female Only - This private bedroom is for one person in a shared three-bedroom house in Portimão’s historic centre, just a two-minute walk from Rua Direita and close to the local universities.
You’ll have your own bedroom and share the kitchen, two bathrooms, two living rooms and a small blue-and-white tiled terrace. The terrace has an outdoor table for breakfast and a hanging chair where you can relax with a book.
The shared kitchen has a fridge, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine and TV are also available. All household bills, high-speed Wi-Fi and fortnightly cleaning of the shared areas are included.
The house is arranged over two floors, with stairs and no lift. Both living rooms have air conditioning.

Founder of Vivid Living, specialising real estate, relocation and Holiday rents in Lisbon and the Algarve. I built a rewarding career in education, working in both Portugal and the United Kingdom, including six years in London as a supply teacher and permanent teacher. Throughout my career, I developed strong skills in communication, relationship building, organisation, problem-solving and working with people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. My experience in London strengthened my adaptability, independence and ability to work effectively in different environments. In 2023, I began transitioning into real estate and entrepreneurship, combining my professional experience with a growing interest in property, business development and client services. In 2026, I concluded my teaching career to focus fully on developing Vivid Living and expanding its property services in Portugal.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
