Room available in a unique, 2-story, 2-bathroom, 6-bedroom apartment located in one of Buda's most beautiful, quiet, and green residential areas.

The apartment boasts fantastic interior spaces, with a living room of over 50 m²! There are 6 bedrooms in the flat. The entire apartment is air-conditioned, with cooling and heating systems in the living room and all bedrooms. The apartment is fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, 55-inch LCD TV, Netflix, and chill! :) Stunning panoramic views in all directions, with sunshine from morning to evening.

Located in the Sasad area of the 11th district, the apartment is just a 3-minute walk from the 53 bus stop and a 7-minute walk from the 139 and 908 night bus stops. Within 3 minutes, you'll find a CBA, and within 7 minutes, Aldi and Spar. Free parking is available in front of the house, and the neighborhood is extremely safe.

The rooms, as shown in the photos, are equipped with wardrobes, shelves, nightstands, and comfortable beds.

Tenants should be young, fluent in English, as the apartment may house tenants of all nationalities.

My name is David and I'm glad to host you in one of my studio apartments. All of my apartments are freshly renovated and in excellent condition, I'm very attentive about this because that's what I would want as a guest too. My apartments are excellent for a mid- or long term stay as there's plenty of kitchen appliances and supplies as you can see on the photos. My studios are air conditioned. If there's any technical issue, I'm quick to help at all times. I hope to see you soon and wish you an excellent stay!
