Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. Apartment located in a very central location. All within walking distance, supermarkets, las canteras, squares with nightlife. The room is small but has a private bathroom. It only faces an inner courtyard from where you can sometimes hear noise sometimes. The house is renovated, with all the necessary, and there is a living room where you can eat or work with the PC. The apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator, but the location still makes it perfect for travelling quickly on foot. I recommend it
