Set within the gardens of Dovecote Houses, Ducula Pinon Dove is a contemporary one-bedroom home designed for comfortable everyday living. Natural materials, bright interiors and a peaceful setting make it an inviting base for an extended stay, whether you are working remotely, spending time in the area or settling into a slower routine.
Located in Vila Nova de Anha, close to Rodanho and Cabedelo beaches and Viana do Castelo, the house offers a balance between nature, coastal living and access to the city and everyday essentials.
The space
The bedroom features a comfortable bed, 100% cotton bed linen and towels, blackout curtains and built-in wardrobes, with plenty of space to unpack and feel at home.
The open-plan living area includes a comfortable lounge, a dining table and a sofa bed suitable for children only. Large glazed windows bring in natural light and connect the interior with the garden. Neutral tones, wood and touches of colour create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, with details inspired by the bird after which the house is named.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and utensils for preparing everyday meals. The bathroom features colourful tiles and a spacious walk-in shower.
Outside, a small covered porch provides a pleasant spot for your morning coffee, reading or unwinding at the end of the day.
Shared outdoor spaces
Dovecote Houses comprises five individual houses within an enclosed property. Guests share the surrounding garden, outdoor seating areas, barbecue and private car park.
The shared swimming pool is sheltered from the wind and has sun loungers and a seating area. The layout of the property allows guests to enjoy the communal spaces while maintaining the privacy of each house.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and its porch, along with access to the shared garden, swimming pool, barbecue, seating areas and parking within the property.
Occupancy
The house is ideal for two adults. The sofa bed is small and suitable for children only.
Maximum occupancy:
Two adults and one child aged 12 or under; or
Two adults and two children aged 6 or under.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
