River House – a peaceful home by the river, close to Dubrovnik
River House is a private and comfortable home in Mlini, a small seaside village just outside Dubrovnik.
Set beside the river and surrounded by greenery, it is a quiet place to stay while still being close to the sea, local shops, restaurants and Dubrovnik. The beach is within walking distance, and the Old Town can easily be reached by car, bus or boat.
The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen. It is well suited to couples, a small family or anyone looking for a longer stay on the Dubrovnik coast.
Outside, there is a private 6x3,5 m swimming pool and a terrace, with plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors, have breakfast or work in the fresh air.
The house includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Mlini offers a quieter alternative to staying in Dubrovnik itself. You are close enough to enjoy the city whenever you like, but can come home to the river, greenery and sea.
