Step into the serenity of Villa Maria, a beachfront sanctuary of 80 m² located on the on the sun-kissed shore of Myrties beach of Kalymnos overlooking the island of Telendos. This charming detached resides within the secluded enclave of the "Kokkinos Coast Plot" complex of a total area of 1500 m², offering a haven of tranquility with direct access to the glistening waters, just a few steps away from Myrties beach.
Recently renovated and decorated with excellent taste, it provides all modern comforts, warmth, and cleanliness. It is an ideal place for an unforgettable holiday experience.
This coastal gem is ideal for groups, couples or families of four, as it has everything that can make a dream holiday and invites you into a warm embrace of comfort and convenience. The welcoming interior features a beautifully decorated living room overlooking the sea and the island of Telendos, which is adorned with a comfortable corner sofa and an armchair that easily converts into a single bed capable of accommodating one more guest, inviting you to relax after a day of seaside adventures. The fully equipped kitchen, with modern appliances and a dining area for six, offers the ideal space to create culinary delights using fresh local ingredients.
Two carefully designed independent bedrooms are waiting for you to rest. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed, accompanied by ample closet space and a unique view of the sea and the island of Telendos. The second bedroom offers two single beds that easily convert to a double bed, ensuring restful sleep according to your preferences and excellent mountain views. With two independent bathrooms with showers, your comfort and privacy are ensured throughout your stay. In case of a baby, we have a cot and highchair for our little friends.
