Villa “Stefanos* offers a pleasurable place for relaxing and a perfect location to make excursions in the region. The holiday home is built on a separate plot, bounded by stone walls, located in Cretan scenery with panoramic view towards the sea and mountains.
Helidonia Villas-STEFANOS is a vacation rental with stunning panoramic views, located near Rethymno city and the beach. It is a ground floor accommodation for maximum 4 persons and. The entire inside living area is situated on one level.
It is located at the village Agios Dimitrios and Pigi. Rethymno old town centre is 10 km away. Shopping facilities for everyday necessities can be found at the neighbouring village of Pigi at 300 m. providing butcher, bakery pharmacy, supermarket, taverns (2) and a cafe. The bus stop to the beach Platanes and Rethymno: 180 m. The airports "Chania and Heraklion" are about 80 km away.

- 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with 1 double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds in each bedroom. Note that one bedroom can be used as a working spot as the total lodging capacity for the winter months is 4 persons maximum at the villa.
- 2 bathrooms: one bathroom with bath, WC, basin & washing machine and a second WC with basin.
FACILITIES
- 100 m2 inside living area.
-There is a private pool which is closed from 15 Oktober to 1 May and is not operational.
- Wireless internet access is provided.
BEDROOMS
Bedrooms have built in wardrobes, inverter air conditioner units (cool/heat), large mirrors and safe.
LIVING AREA
The living area consists of a spacious open plan living room. The dining room has a dining table and chairs. The sitting room features a triple and double sofa. SMART TV in the sitting area offering ASTRA satellite connection for the foreign channels. The living room features an inverter air conditioner (cool/heat) in the sitting area. A world radio and some books to read.
KITCHEN
The holiday house offers a fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic cooking plate, hob/extractor fan, large fridge with freezer, dish washer, microwave oven, water cooker, coffee machine, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES
Washing machine, steam iron, ironing board and drying rack.
* Beds made with sheets and blankets. Also kitchen and bath towels are provided. Extra sheets / towels are provided depending on the length of your stay. Set of 3 medium and 3 large bath towels per person.

There are central heating units in all rooms, also in the bathroom. The petrol consumption for the central heating, available from November up to end March, is not included in the rental rate.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THE CLIMATE TAX
A climate crisis resilience fee is levied in favor of the state, which is charged per day of use and per villa from April to end of October as follows: 15 euros. From November to end of March: 4 euros. This climate levy must be paid in cash on arrival and is not included in the advertised prices.

Villa Stefanos is a short term rental accommodation during summer season from April to end of October. Me and my wife Denise we rent this villa from 2009 as a holiday letting with nightly rates. During winter period we also offer monthly rates. We are an older couple Denise is a Belgian native and I am from Crete.
