Located on the 8th floor of a quiet building with an elevator, the apartment enjoys abundant natural light as all rooms are exterior.

Recently renovated, it combines modern comfort with high-quality finishes — parquet floors, double-glazed windows, and top-grade materials in both the kitchen and bathroom.

The open-plan living area features a large sofa bed (180x190 cm), a dining table, and a flat-screen TV, creating a bright and relaxing space to unwind.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need: ceramic hob, oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, juicer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchenware, and a washing machine.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed (180x190 cm), large wardrobes, and bedside tables, while the second bedroom includes two single beds (90x190 cm) and built-in wardrobes — perfect for families or colleagues sharing.

Step out onto the balcony overlooking the street, furnished with a small table and two chairs — ideal for enjoying Valencia’s pleasant weather.

The bathroom features a modern walk-in shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap).Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for use during your stay.

Stay connected with high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and enjoy year-round comfort thanks to split air-conditioning units (hot/cold) in the living room and bedrooms.

Additional amenities include an iron, ironing board, and drying rack.

*The cleaning fee refers to the final cleaning after departure.**This property is rented exclusively as a temporary residence, not for tourist, vacation, or leisure purposes.

Other important aspects:- SEASONAL RENTAL ONLY: Stays longer than 10 nights will be considered seasonal rentals, subject to the signing of a seasonal lease agreement, with no tourist, vacation, or leisure purpose, in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU).

- For stays longer than 28 days, the expenses (water and electricity) are included up to a monthly 150€ limit, which is a wide range for being very comfortable. The tenant will assume paying the difference above this limit. In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24–26 ºC in summer and 19–21 ºC in winter.

- The apartment will be supplied with a few basic essentials to make your first days more comfortable. Once these initial items are used, any additional purchases or restocking will be the guest’s responsibility.

Close to Turia and some great bus lines. Easy walk to gran via, russafa, etc. easy bus to the beach.

Recommended places nearby
Kibo sushi was delicious and expensive. Camaleon boulder is great!
