Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

Safe and quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and walking paths. The apartment is outside the city, but 20 minutes walk to a metro station, that can take you directly to the Porto city center. Small basic shops nearby, few cafes, 2 bakeries and 2 decent lunch places in a 10 minutes walk range
Areal for a daily lunch and coffee with an ocean view, Padaria Avenida for a great tosta mista on the way to the metro station, restaurant Tia Mila for a steak for dinner
Quiet beach town for locals and visitors on holiday

Apartment is less than 100 meters from Atlantic beach. If you're into beaches and sub bathing, then you will enjoy this stay.
Vila do Conde farmers market. Short drive to Porto with everything it has.
The house was in good condition and everything was as expected & in the photos.
We had a pleasant stay!
It is a smaller village. There are decent supermarkets, butcher and 2 beachbar / restaurants in walking distance. In terms of nightlife or activities, the village doesn't offer much but that is to be expected.
It is super close to the ocean and beach. Which is perfect if that is what you are looking for.
The metro is about a 20 min walk with 50 min get to the centre of Porto. A car is helpful but we didn't need / use it.
We enjoyed our time and it is as we expected. If you want a more busy life and more entertainment than perhaps a different city is for you.
Accommodation here is suitable for people with a car, since the nearest metro station is about 2 km away, other public transport is not provided. There are no shops nearby, there are cafes on the coast.
The apartments are wonderful, but in this place it is better with a car
