Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

The neighborhood is vibrant and very well-connected. It’s surrounded by several universities, making it a lively and youthful area. There are two nearby metro stations, and tram lines 4 and 6 run through the area, taking you directly to many of the city’s main attractions. You’ll also find plenty of shops, supermarkets, and everything you need within walking distance. The area feels very safe, even at night, which made my stay even more comfortable

For the most part the neighborhood is pretty quiet and safe. The proximity to the shops and the public transport is a big plus and the neighbors are nice and respectful too.
The neighbourhood is really quite, most of the people living there were university students or families. Everyone was really friendly and I didn’t notice anything weird since there was traffic and since it had proper lighting during the night, I wasn’t scared to live there in the slightest
