A light and spacious apartment in Santos - one of Lisbon's most sought-after neighborhoods, right opposite parliament. This bohemian space is filled with artworks from all corners of the world, and houses with many plants, creating the feel of an 'urban jungle'. The Blue Wall in the living room is iconic, and has hosted many social gatherings; from Sunday morning concerts, to truth circles, to dinners. Don't miss out on sitting in the 'hand chair' - it's the best spot in the house.

It's a huge space of 110 m2, with two bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, wooden floors and high ceilings, and a large kitchen with balcony. When taking a morning coffee on the balcony in the sun, you'll overlook the old part of the town.

The apartment has fast 100 Mbps fiber internet, and is fully furnished. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed.

In spring, the Jacaranda trees in the street are blooming their purple flowers, which turns the street into a giant purple bouquet.

Being in the heart of Santos, everything is within walking distance. Meander through the old city streets, where you find your favorite breakfast cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as yoga studios. The Estrella park is around the corner, and in five minutes you'll walk to the river, and to Santos train station from where you can take the train to the beaches. The bus stops right in front of the door. Santos is one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Lisbon, yet it's ambience is relaxed and pleasant; a friendly and refreshing mix of quintessential Lisbon.

I'm a Dutchie residing between Portugal and Mexico. I love Lisbon's energy, in particular the play of light and shadows on the street, and all of the wonderful people that the city attracts. My home is warm and spacious. The living room with the blue wall is my fav place; it's a perfect place to relax, to breathe and meditate. So many interesting "coincidences" led me to meet Moniek. We turned out to have a lot in common with her. It's a pleasure to meet you.
A beautiful completely unusual apartment that reflects the spirit of the owner. Bright, atmospheric, full of plants and perfect for long term living. The lack of air conditioning is not noticed at all, as the windows face both sides of the house and the apartment is perfectly ventilated. The house itself has a history, you can feel it in every detail. Excellent location allows you to get to the most interesting places of the city in a reasonable time. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and stores around.
