Beautiful apartment in the heart of Prague - 1 minute walk from Legerova street, 3 minutes walk from IP Pavlova metro station. Located in a historic building after complete reconstruction.

Heating: central heating throughout, included in the rent.
All utility bills (water, heating, electricity, internet) are included in the rent, within reasonable household use.
No smoking, no parties, no pets.

Standard check-in: after 16:00 but before 21:00 (Prague time). Check-in 21:00-24:00: +30 EUR. Check-in 24:00-08:00: +50 EUR.
Standard check-out: before 10:00.

Stays under ~61 nights are subject to Prague's mandatory tourist tax (50 CZK/person/night - a city law, not a Flatio or landlord fee).

A few practical things for your stay:
- Wi-Fi: your host will share the password with you separately.
- Heating: if radiators feel cold, give it 30-40 minutes after switching and check the red indicator light and the breakers in the hallway before assuming something's wrong.
- Check-out is at 10:00 - please leave the key on the table, take a few photos of the apartment's condition, switch off appliances/heating, and take out the trash.
- If your total stay is under ~61 nights, Prague's city tourist tax (50 CZK/person/night) applies by law and is paid separately.
